Details

FullWell women's prenatal delivers optimal, evidence-based forms and doses of nutrients in one potent yet easy-to-tolerate formula. You'll find fertility non-negotiables like folate, B12, and chelated minerals in active, bioavailable forms, plus essential pregnancy nutrients that other prenatals skimp on like choline, calcium, and magnesium.

Iron-free formula: There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to iron needs, with some women not needing iron supplementation at all to others needing doses higher than what many prenatal supplements provide. Our Prenatal is iron-free to provide maximum customizability while also increasing tolerance. Shop our easy-to-tolerate Iron Bump for your individualized needs.

DHA-free formula: While DHA has been extensively studied for its role in supporting brain and visual development during pregnancy and lactation, recent research indicates that EPA is crucial for facilitating DHA's transfer across the placenta, allowing the baby to effectively utilize it. These two essential omega-3 fatty acids are not stable when mixed into a multivitamin and it best to take separately. Shop our Prenatal + Fish Oil Bundle here.

Free of the following allergens: gluten, wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, eggs, sesame, and soy

Women's Prenatal FAQs

Why is the serving size 8 capsules?!

We use more choline, magnesium, and calcium than most prenatals. These three critical nutrients are BIG but necessary for healthy fertility, pregnancy, breastfeeding, but difficult to get enough through diet alone.

Why doesn't your prenatal contain iron?

Iron needs and tolerance vary significantly by individual. We suggest you monitor your iron status with your healthcare practitioner and if you do need supplemental iron, take it separately in appropriate doses at their recommendation. This way, you don’t risk having iron interfere with the absorption of other critical nutrients in your prenatal.

Simplifies Prenatals!

I was really pleasantly surprised by this prenatal. Yes it’s 8 pills but splitting them at lunch and dinner makes it feel easy. They don’t have a gross after taste like my old prenatals so I think I actually probably would’ve done ok with these in the first trimester. My original prenatals made me gag and vomit sometimes, so these feel better. I also like that I have one bottle to focus on not 5 different bottles of different vitamins. The only thing I add is more choline and fish oil and my few regular medications. Which I know sounds like a lot but it feel simplified for me! I also like knowing that I’m getting a quality product that is meeting all my needs. Finally something like that!

Feeling Cared For

Checks all the boxes, is 100% something I don't have to think about being misled with. Recommend for all my clients and take personally in our house (men and women's!)

Happy so far! Best Prenatal I’ve found!

TTC, one month on these and feel great! I switched over from seeking health (because they have unneeded herbs) and tried SO many prenatals. I take 1/2 the dose (4 a day). They genuinely have no smell! I dont like the very high levels of biotin, since I have to stop in time for labs which is frequent for me. B12 is also crazy excessive (not everyone pees it out and it raises B12 levels to be too high…), but no prenatal is perfect for everyone and that’s only a MINOR flaw in an otherwise PERFECT product. Also, Fullwell responded quickly to my email questions, and were very helpful!

Thank you for your feedback! A note on labwork: the biotin, but also the Vitamin B6, niacin and riboflaving are all vitamins that may interfere with certain labwork however, it's not all labwork. The more relevant fertility related labwork is Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) and human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) test. These are two markers that generally are not tested very frequently over the long term. This article is a pretty good overview of the labs where you may need to stop or adjust your suppplements: https://www.consumerlab.com/answers/vitamins-and-supplements-that-should-be-stopped-before-getting-blood-work/vitamins-blood-tests/ Hope this helps.

Best Price for the Nutrient Content!

I vetted multiple prenatal vitamin brands, and this one checked all the nutrient boxes for me. Not to mention in adequate amounts. I love that I can adjust the number of pills I take in a day, so it doesn’t always have to be 8. Especially during pre-pregnancy when my needs aren’t as high. I love them for pregnancy & will definitely take them throughout postpartum!

Great Quality

I feel like I am getting more of the essential nutrients I need. Energy levels are up a bit and I feel good and safe taking these prenatals.
