Refund policy
Returns
Unopened, sealed products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, less a $10 return shipping charge that will be deducted from your refund. Your original shipping charge will be not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll initiate the refund to the original method of payment. You will receive a refund for the product price only. We will not refund the original shipping price. We will also deduct $10 to cover the cost of return shipping and processing.
We do not provide refunds for tolerance issues.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@fullwellfertility.com and we will initiate the process.
