Details

At FullWell, we believe that understanding your reproductive health is key to making informed decisions about your future. Our Fertility Test provides essential insights into ovarian reserve and overall reproductive health by measuring four key markers, AMH, FSH, TSH, and Vitamin D, from the comfort of your home. Unlike traditional tests that require specialist appointments, our simple, affordable at-home test delivers clear, easy-to-understand results, empowering you to take proactive steps toward your goals—whether planning to conceive, seeking reassurance, or preparing for conversations with your healthcare provider.

Important Testing Considerations: For the most accurate results, we recommend waiting until you've had at least three regular menstrual cycles after stopping hormonal birth control or if you're breastfeeding, as these factors can affect your FSH levels. If you don’t have a cycle, feel free to test anytime.

Fertility Test FAQs

When do I take the test?

If you have a regular or irregular cycle, we recommend to stop taking supplements on day one of your cycle, and testing on day three. Since FSH levels naturally fluctuate throughout your cycle—typically peaking just before ovulation—testing on day three ensures we capture a consistent baseline measurement. If you do not have a cycle, simply stop supplements three days prior to testing and test on day three.

How do I know if I’m on day three of my menstrual cycle?

Day one of your cycle is the first day of bleeding (not just spotting). Day three is two days after that. For example, if your period starts on a Monday, Wednesday would be day three.

What if I don’t have a menstrual cycle or my cycle isn’t regular?

If you don’t have a menstrual cycle, you can test at any time, including if you're postpartum or breastfeeding. If you're on hormonal birth control, testing can also be done at any time. If you don’t have a cycle, simply stop supplements three days prior to testing and test on day three. If you have recently stopped hormonal birth control or if you’re breastfeeding, we recommend waiting until you've had at least three regular menstrual cycles, as these factors can affect your FSH levels.

Is a doctor’s referral needed to take the test?

No, a doctor’s referral is not needed. Our Fertility Test is designed to give you key insights into your fertility and reproductive health from the comfort of your home.

Does this test replace the need for other fertility testing?

Our Fertility Test is a great starting point for understanding your fertility. It provides key insights, but it doesn’t replace the need for additional testing if necessary. It’s designed to help you determine when to seek further guidance from a healthcare provider.
