I'm Angel, mother of six littles, doula, childbirth educator and lactation consultant. I believe in supporting a mother's mental wellness, and physical wellness, and giving her quality emotional support. My holistic approach uses education and mindfulness tools to support a positive and healthy perinatal experience.

I believe in the natural and physiological process of pregnancy and birth and trusting your body to deliver your baby with little to no intervention safely.
