Bio
Dr. Alyssa Demeule earned both her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences and Doctorate of Physical Therapy through an accelerated program at Quinnipiac University in Hamden CT.
Alyssa has gained experience treating diverse patient populations in multiple settings including pelvic health, orthopedics, geriatrics, and neurological conditions. She is extremely passionate about pelvic floor physical therapy, and puts her energy toward educating people and advocating for the growth of the specialty. She has completed continuing education training through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation to further her clinical skills. Alyssa became interested in treating pelvic health conditions after her own experience in pelvic floor therapy dealing with chronic pelvic pain associated with endometriosis. This allows her to empathize and connect with her patients as she guides them through their own pelvic rehabilitation journey.
