Julie is a certified Fertility Awareness Educator and a therapist licensed in Massachusetts. She provides individual therapy as well as classes and individual consultations to support people with cycle tracking for contraception, conception, and body literacy and love. She believes that the connection between nervous system health and menstrual health is integral to the wellbeing of all who cycle no matter what stage of life they are in.
