Hi, I'm Emma! I help women struggling with fertility to discover and address the root causes of their challenges so they can balance their hormones and get pregnant naturally. Unlike treatments that disconnect women from their bodies and ignore unique circumstances, my bio-individual approach integrates body literacy with a holistic, functional approach to nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset to empower women in their fertility journey. I use my ancestral lens of Judaism to inspire connections between ancient wisdom traditions and modern fertility support.

I understand how confusing and devastating it can be to feel powerless to the whims of your body -- through my own fertility journey and searching out effective ways to balance my hormones, I've been inspired to learn everything I can to support women to feel empowered in their fertility.
