Bio
Kelli O'Brien, MS, CNS, LDN is a Licensed Dietitian and Certified Nutrition Specialist who helps women stop guessing about their fertility. She works with women trying to conceive for six months or more, whether they've been given a diagnosis like PCOS, low progesterone, anovulation, or unexplained infertility and told their labs look normal while they still aren't getting pregnant. Rather than treat these as separate problems, she looks at how blood sugar, cortisol, and progesterone work together, the connections a standard fertility workup tends to miss, and turns what she finds into one clear, personalized plan.
Kelli's own path to motherhood, including years of anovulatory cycles, a pregnancy loss, and a healthy pregnancy at 38, all shape how she works today. Based in Wilmington, Delaware and serving clients virtually, she specializes in preconception and fertility nutrition for women who want clear answers grounded in their own data.
