Hello! I'm Erika, a registered dietitian and trained chef offering virtual nutrition counseling using intuitive eating practices with a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach. I specialize in fertility, prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric nutrition. I'm here to guide you in learning to nourish your body in each phase of life without guilt or dieting. I'm a strong believer that nutrition counseling should be individualized and will work closely with you to find a plan that best fits you.

Through my practice, I help individuals learn how to support their fertility through nutrition and lifestyle changes. I help folks nourish their bodies during pregnancy and postpartum, including support for your most pressing questions about nutrient needs, prenatal supplements, and managing your symptoms. I also support families in navigating the challenges of feeding little ones. I currently offer virtual nutrition counseling for clients in Washington State, California, Colorado, Texas, and Virginia.
