Hello, I am Nurse Melanie. I’ve been a maternal child health nurse since 2010 and am now an international board certified lactation consultant, certified Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis instructor and Thompson Method Certified Instructor (breastfeeding class). I am passionate about all things pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding and draw on my experience of attending families in the hospital as well as my own three births using Hypnobabies. Nutrition is an incredibly important part of staying healthy and low risk in pregnancy, in order to have the most options during birth and postpartum.
