Bio
Anisa is a holistically-minded Certified Nutritionist and natural mama of 2 adventurous boys living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Her life's purpose is to inspire and educate women to live, eat and move with intention and confidence so they can create the family of their dreams.
She obtained her BS degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science and MS degree in Clinical Nutrition at Bastyr University, the leading institution in natural health sciences.
Anisa is the host of The Resilient Fertility Podcast and serves women throughout their motherhood transition- for preconception care, pregnancy and postpartum planning- via 1:1 holistic nutrition coaching online and through her online course, Resilient Motherhood: A self-paced guide to preparing for conception and beyond
Learning over time that extreme, restrictive diets are fear-inducing and unsustainable, Anisa places her focus on optimizing nutrient density and sufficiency, encouraging a whole-foods, animal-based approach, an approach she’s found to serve her own hormone healing journey and that of many of her clients.
Anisa is all about identifying and addressing the “smoke” before your “house is burning down” and has a keen ability to listen and pinpoint areas of improvement that helps her clients heal and improve faster.
