I felt so confident using this prenatal vitamin for my baby’s health and my own. Will recommend to all family and friends!
We had been trying to get pregnant and two months before we conceived, I started taking these and my partner, the male supplements. At 40 we knew the chances might be slim of even getting pregnant but it took us a seven months, and I feel these vitamins contributed. I have continued to take these during my pregnancy. So far so good and I feel great. I’m happy to take the eight pills, I’ve always been a supplement-taker but even if I wasn’t, it’s a small price to pay for a greater chance of a healthy pregnancy.
I found these postpartum (unfortunately), but started when I was still breastfeeding. Ever since I started these vitamins (about a year ago? Maybe longer?), I noticed a big shift in my energy. I feel more alert and ready for the day. My sleep has also improved thanks to the magnesium (and having more energy for activity and exercise). Even though I’m no longer breastfeeding (and because you never know when a pregnancy might happen), I’m still taking these to supplement my diet. I often try to get what I need from real foods, I haven’t always been a fan of supplements, so just to see if I would notice a difference, I went off of them for about a week— and, yes, I definitely noticed I felt more sluggish and tired. As soon as I started them up again, my body felt it had what it needed once more and my energy perked up immediately. It’s unfortunate that the nutrient depletion in the soil these days can even effect the nutrients we’re hoping to receive from whole, organic foods. But I guess that’s just the world we live in right now, and I’m thankful these multi-vitamins exist to supplement what I need!
Took the prenatal’s and DHA pills while pregnant, baby came out beautiful and completely healthy! Still taking these as I nurse☺️ Just be sure to eat prior to taking the prenatal’s since it could make u nauseous.
After lots of research Full Well was at the top of my list for the best prenatal vitamins. I Got the him and her vitamins, the multi vitamin for men is the best multi vitamin for men that i have found. I am taking these as preconception vitamins, we are struggling with infertility. I have found that the 8 pills is fine i take a few other supplements and pills too so i take a small pill with one of these and continue. Ive tried taking 4 at a time and i feel like they get stuck so 1 at a time helps. I do split them up 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening. I haven't had any side effects and i feel AMAZING!!!!! already. I'm very happy that the supplements are bioavailable These are the best form of supplements to take. #1 Prenatal
