Hello 👋 My name is Isabel, and I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, passionate about helping individuals build sustainable, realistic habits that support long-term health. I specialize in women’s health, mainly prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum nutrition, but I also support clients with general wellness and intuitive eating. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, empowered, and confident in your nutrition choices.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know you: your health history, current habits, lifestyle, and goals. This is a collaborative conversation where you can share your concerns, challenges, and what you hope to achieve. From there, we’ll begin to identify small, realistic steps you can start implementing right away. My goal is for you to feel supported, understood, and confident moving forward on your nutrition journey.
