I specialize in women’s health—including PCOS, menopause, and postpartum—weight management, emotional eating, and meal planning, and I’m expanding into sports nutrition. I support busy, active lifestyles by focusing on balance, flexibility, and strategies that fit real life. My warm, collaborative approach also considers sleep, stress, and movement.
