I have a passion for supporting women through their trying to conceive journeys using evidenced based practices to improve their chances of conception through mind body work. As a mental health professional, I help to process emotions that arise with the unique challenges of TTC. Every woman deserves compassionate care while being given tools that support their bodies and overall wellness to create a more balanced life while going through the stressors of preparing for a baby.
