Bio
Tara Noseck is an integrative dietitian specializing in PCOS and women's health.
As more and more of her patient population became women living with the condition, she quickly realized that the PCOS patient is one of the most underserved in healthcare.
The women she spoke to were rarely getting the holistic, personalized and evidence-based care they needed, but merely given prescriptions, dismissed and essentially told there wasn't much they could do besides lose weight.
Working with these women instilled a deep empathy and compassion in Tara for the difficult road you walk, shared frustration for the subpar care you often receive, and ultimately, inspired her heart to serve this community in a meaningful way.
Tara employs a whole person approach to health with focus not only on nutrition, but sleep, stress management, movement, and environmental influences. Tara's gentle and empathic approach leaves her clients feeling refreshed, hopeful and empowered for a life beyond the diagnosis.
She is currently working one-on-one with clients, but is developing a digital course to give broader access to the information, she believes, is so needed.
