I am a functional dietitian specializing in postpartum and breastfeeding nutrition and am also an IBCLC lactation consultant. I help moms with their nutrition and breastfeeding journeys. So much of your nutrition does impact breastfeeding including milk supply, food sensitivities and I like to say "heal mom, heal baby".
I am a mom of 2 and am very passionate about helping moms feel good and energized postpartum even amidst the sleepless nights. You can expect compassionate, empathetic and personalized support. I am here to help you through your health journey.
