Who is this bundle of products for?

The Fertility Trio Bundle is for anyone trying to conceive (or planning to start a family soon), trying (or struggling) to conceive, undergoing fertility treatment, seeking to improve reproductive cell quality before freezing eggs or sperm, or looking to preserve and enhance egg or sperm quality later in life. Our Women’s Prenatal and Men’s Multivitamin provides the foundation of all of the nutrients you need for fertility and - most importantly - the critical vitamins and minerals baby will need for successful early development in their earliest days after conception. Adding in our Women’s Fish Oil ensures you’re covering all of your bases for you and baby, and - especially during the preconception phase - Fertility Booster serves as your security system, turning on a firehose of antioxidants to support and protect your fertility.

When should we begin taking the Fertility Trio for Two?

It’s never too soon, but ideally, at least 3-6 months before trying to conceive, undergoing fertility treatment, or freezing eggs or sperm. Fertility is increasingly being recognized as a biomarker for overall health, so you can also take it over more extended periods to preserve your fertility for the future. If you are taking it in preparation for egg or sperm freezing, continue to take it until after your retrieval/collection. If you are actively trying for a family, continue taking it until you have a confirmed positive pregnancy test. Finally, if you want to preserve your fertility for the future, you can take it for the long run! We recommend working with your healthcare practitioners to evaluate each of your individual needs.

Can we take all of our (respective) supplements at the same time?

Absolutely. We’ve formulated them separately 1) to maintain peak purity and freshness due to the fact that they oxidize at different rates, and 2) while we believe all women need the foundational support of our prenatal and fish oil at every stage of the journey, our Fertility Booster is specifically designed for those trying to conceive. However, none of the supplements in the Fertility Trio interfere with the absorption of the others, so you can take them all in any combination with each other as works best for you.

The BEST!

Hands down the best and most bioavailable prenatal we’ve ever found anywhere! It’s not cheap, but it’s by far the best. I recommended this to everyone I know trying to conceive. I feel so, so much better taking it too!

Love this product!

My fiancé and I have been taking these vitamins for almost a year now and love them! Non toxic and the most beneficial sources for ingredients as well as correct ratios is very important to me. I researched each ingredient and emailed fullwell with a few questions I had and they were very timely and helpful! 10/10 and I even got some of my sister on them as they were unable to find a prenatal that could compete with fullwell quality for the price!

Overall good products, fertility bump not worth it

Went to my OB who said the prenatal plus fish oil is a good combo. She said the fertility bump is snake oil.

We’d like to share some of the science behind our Fertility Booster, which is designed to complement our foundational support (Prenatal + Women’s Fish Oil or Men’s Multi + Men’s Fish Oil). Our blog post called '6 Antioxidants to Know: Your Guide to Boosting Fertility Preconception' contains research citations supporting the product. This can be helpful for discussing with your OBGYN, as their training, while valuable, is not in nutrition and it would be impossible for them to read literature reviews on every ingredient in every nutrition product.

NAC: Helps the body create and use protective antioxidants like glutathione which plays a powerfully unique role in reproductive health. NAC helps optimize cervical mucus in women (PMID:19428083), and healthier sperm function in men (PMID:33405232).

CoQ10: CoQ10 boosts glutathione, the master antioxidant, enhances mitochondrial function and cellular energy production, and supports a healthy response to assisted reproductive efforts (PMID: 30322142, 26829445).

Ashwagandha: Supports the natural response to physical and mental stressors while boosting stamina, endurance, cognitive health, and overall well-being (PMID: 32201301).

Alpha lipoic acid: Helps support the body’s free radical defenses protecting against damage from free radicals, and provides protective and restorative effects on sperm and eggs, in addition to promoting egg maturation, fertilization and embryo development (PMID: 33345661, 26051095, 36617206).
