I am Fertility Educator certified through FEMM and a DONA trained Postpartum Doula. I work with anyone on the reproductive continuum - from someone trying to conceive, wanting to understand their hormones, to someone postpartum. We will work together to chart your biomarkers to understand your hormones and optimize your health. I offer supportive visuals and specific teaching to help you understand how to chart your hormones in order to conceive or in order to understand your health. We will work together for 3-4 months to help you gain proficiency in charting and feel confident using this method. FEMM charts two biomarkers - cervical fluid and LH levels. This is a very low-tech and accessible method to help you understand your body. As a postpartum doula, I also enjoy supporting clients with their postpartum care plan - setting themselves up for rest and relaxation in the first 12 weeks.
