We use iron bisglycinate, a gentle on-the-stomach and non-constipating form of iron that ensures optimal tolerance and absorption.* Our innovative formula also contains whole food nutrients, such as vitamin C from acerola cherries, which aid in iron absorption, and a proprietary blend of organic whole foods and botanicals to support digestive comfort.

What is the serving size for Iron Bump?

The serving size is just 1 small, easy-to-swallow capsule daily. Each bottle contains 30 capsules, giving you a one-month supply. Your health practitioner may suggest a custom dose for you. Always defer to your qualified health practitioner’s recommendation.

Why do you use acerola fruit extract as the source of vitamin C in your iron blend and ascorbic acid in your prenatal?

Different formulas often require different forms of nutrients. In this case, Ascorbic Acid was the most well-researched and well-sized form of vitamin C for our comprehensive Prenatal formula. For Iron Bump, we were able to choose a vitamin C from Acerola fruit extract without driving up the serving size or compromising the overall formula.

My capsules are purple! What food dyes and artificial colors are in this?

Our purple translucent capsules are created from the same plant-based capsules used in our flagship products. To achieve their beautiful purple color, we add red carrot and red radish. Although the ingredients are too small to require labeling, we choose to be transparent for our savvy and informed customers who want to know where the color comes from.

quality iron supplement

Works!
