In 2020, the pandemic presented us with myriad logistical complications, and as a result, standard ground shipping became significantly less reliable. At the time, we were also working hard to distribute our supplements all over the country from one single east coast-based fulfillment center. 

 

However, two years later, not only are we thrilled to place our trust back in traditional shipping methods and reclaim reduced shipping costs for our customers, but we are also able to fulfill orders across the country from three separate facilities, having added a midwest and west coast fulfillment center to our operation.

 

If you are a subscriber, you may want to move your subscription date back a few days to account for the 4-5 day standard ground shipping speed and give yourself some wiggle room.  Please note that the fastest way to make changes to your account is to log in in the upper right hand corner of our website. We recently upgraded our subscription platform so it may look a little different when you log in to your account! If you have any trouble, don't hesitate to reach out to cs@fullwellfertility.com, we're here to help. After you've adjusted your first order, there should be no issue with follow-up orders as they will arrive at the frequency you chose. This change will help make purchases more affordable, but don't worry, premium 2-day shipping is still available if you're ever in a bind and need to place a one-off order. Either way, we continue to subsidize a significant portion of overall shipping costs and will always be proud to provide Route Shipping Protection to cover lost, stolen, or damaged orders at no additional charge.
