I started using these once undergoing fertility treatments. I take the full dose + DHA after I eat breakfast and never on an empty stomach. I do keep up with a balanced diet as much as possible but I feel comfortable knowing that the nutrients from this vitamin is taking care of my baby. I wouldn't consider the 10 vitamin regimen crazy - I think it's crazier to think that a 2 vitamin regimen gives you the same benefits.
I am well out of my prenatal vitamin years, and have definitely been dealing with nutrient depletion after having 3 children and now just keeping up with them. I started taking a half-dose daily (4 pills) 2 months ago and I feel SO MUCH BETTER. I take 2 doses a day, one right after lunch, and one before bedtime, with water. I highly recommend these vitamins - you don't even need to be in the prenatal/postpartum/breastfeeding era to take them. I wish I had gotten to take them during my pregnancies!
I started taking these about a month before trying and we got pregnant after the very first try! I have the fish oil to go with it. Both are great! I feel like I’m giving my body and my baby the best possible supplements. Also I can use my HSA which is a huge plus!
I love the quality and everything these have to offer. Definitely no complaints about that but they do mess my stomach up BAD. Like empty my entire stomach bad. I wrote in and asked if that was normal and they did give me some suggestions on what to do. For content I have been on prenatals for years (birth, conception and breastfeeding) and have never ever had an upset stomach from one before. But I have also never had to take 8 pills in a day with so many nutrients. It look some trial and error but I figured it out. Could only take 2 a day for a few weeks and slowly started increasing how many I take daily. Being sure to have a FULL MEAL and a TON OF WATER. Like a liter with them minimum. And now I am fine. Now I take 4 of them twice a day and I open them up and put them in my smoothies with zero problems. I am telling you my story to make you aware that this could definitely happen to you and what helped! I am going to continue to use them and will recommend them to friends but make them aware of my experience.
Thanks for offering your tips Tiffany! We are so glad you found a way to tolerate FullWell.
15-25% Alochol? This is okay?
Hi Joy, good question! Yes, the alcohol content per serving is about the same as what you would find naturally occurring in a rip banana or glass of orange juice. It's very minimal. The alcohol is important for thie product becuase it helps to extract the useful parts of the plant that nourish the nervous system. It also helps preserve the product.
